You may use only one, or multiple criteria to query the database.
There are two ways to fill in the search parameters, the drop-down menus or the auto-complete text field. Both ways
include exactly the same ontology-derived data.
For example, if you want to perform an insecticide based search using "malathion" then you can either use the drop-down
menus and choose "acetylcholine esterase inhibition", then "organophosphates" and then "malathion". Alternatively, you may
use the auto-complete text field and type "ma". A list of all the insecticides in the ontology that contain the syllable "ma" will
appear and then you may click on "malathion".
